		<description>The point is that scrollbars inside div or iframe elements could use some custom coloring/skinning to match with the design/pallette so the &quot;stupid&quot; web devs don&#039;t have to resort to javascript or flash for this kind of work. A scrollbar is a visible element and needs to be able to be styled like everything else. That&#039;s the job for CSS not javascript or plugins.</description>

It would be awsome if there where a reliable way to controll this, but with the retarded browser devs we have today, i wouldent hold my hopes up.</description>
