CSS Fix for IE Browser

Description
I have a couple pages that work great on Chrome and Firefox but do not display correctly on IE
These pages are:
http://ds-financial.com/ecommerce/features.php (Should have menu on the right but instead displaying on top in IE)

The Video Demo at the button should be a green button using CSS but IE make it into a link.
