CSS Corp, a global technology solutions corporation is currently seeking a English Phone, Email & Chat Customer Service Representative to support operations at our Draper, Utah facility.
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (training) 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Open availability; schedule is based on performance)
- Provide web and software interface support
- Enthusiastically respond to customer queries and concerns via Phone, email and chat
- Provide remarkable customer support and strive for full issue resolution with each case
