•*NBC Sports Regional Networks will be relocating to Stamford, CT by JULY 2013. This is a full time position based in Philadelphia UNTIL THAT TIME.**
Under general supervision, provide a broad range of clerical and administrative duties for multiple attorneys and paralegals
Create and revise commercial contracts and other legal documents
Route various documents for signatures and approvals, and ensure documents are received back in a timely manner
Prepare weekly status updates on outstanding agreements and contracts
Prepare Closed Captioning and Children’s Act Certification letters on a quarterly basis
Assist with e-filing and data entry for new contract management database
Organize and arrange for transfer or storage of physical files in connection with the company move to Stamford, CT
Must understand technical legal terminology
Maintain and organize legal files
Screen calls and log messages
Respond to routine requests for information and follow-up on return calls
Manage attorneys' daily schedule/calendar as requested
Secure and administer travel arrangements for attorneys
Coordinate and schedule internal/external meetings and conference calls
Maintain travel/expense reports and other forms necessary for department administration
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
