  • Act as operations coordinator for live event production including but not limited to MLB, NBA, NHL, MLS, AFL, college and high school games
  • Work with Coordinating Producer and mobile vendors on truck orders and equipment movement and rental
  • Work with producers and directors in the field to disseminate production information and elements and serve various other production needs
  • Work with team staff on venue and credential issues
  • Act as Live Events liaison at our production sites whenever necessary
  • Interact with Senior Director of Operations and Director of Programming in areas of facilities and transmission
  • Financial tracking: work with Coordinating Producer to generate Budget Event Forms for game telecasts and maintain To-Date Budget spreadsheets. Assist Senior Executive Producer in developing departmental budgets and forecasts
  • Work with Producer/Editor to oversee Live Events interns. Assist management of facility-based tasks such as dubbing, logging and archive maintenance
  • Work with News, Digital Media, Sales and Marketing departments in areas concerning live event integration
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
