Role Purpose:You will be responsible for architecting, developing, and supporting a wide variety of applications for NBC’s Local Integrated Media division that are built on various technologies. As part of this team you will get an opportunity to learn different facets of business and interact with dynamic teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Working with Editors and other business stakeholders to build websites using VELOCITY templates in Content Management Systems.
  • Working closely with project/product managers to meet timelines and create new requested features.
  • Designing and coding core java/j2ee based application.
  • Work with XML/RSS/ATOM and other data interchange standards to parse and ingest data in the CMS.
  • Working on EC2 and other infrastructure platforms.
