Manage all areas of the network’s social media properties and execute social media strategy
Create, schedule and publish high-quality, consistent and engaging original social media content
Distribute network’s digital and linear content across social media platforms in a compelling, consistent manner to promote and deliver traffic and viewership to other network platforms
Utilize social media properties to engage users and establish interactive social media environment in order to extend the network’s reach and influence
Develop methods to integrate social media content with the network’s digital and linear properties, including websites and news, entertainment and live-game programming
Work with marketing, communications and sales departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging and to achieve promotional and sales objectives
Research new technology, tools and trends to consistently enhance social media effectiveness
Assist talent and staff with training and support for their individual social media properties
Monitor and track social media activity of network personnel and local and national media and influencers
Use research analytical tools to increase social media effectiveness and track overall performance
Contribute to overall efforts of the digital media department, including content development and coverage
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
